Oppressive societal ideas impacts our institutions, our relationships, and our internal beliefs all at the same time. Therefore, I don't separate our professional and personal lives because they are intertwined. I use storytelling, humor, and research to share practical and timeless solutions that bring confidence, clarity, and peace to professional and personal relationships.
